Rails to Trails
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department has reclaimed some of the abandoned rail beds and converted them in to great hiking and biking trails. This portion runs from Mineral Wells to Weatherford. There are no facilities along these trails, so take plenty of water and snacks and return before dark.
